Cindy Anthony won't be charged for perjury regarding 'chloroform' internet search claims

We know -- we usually don't cover crime and court cases in Pop2it, but since all of this is inevitably going to be turned into a can't-miss Lifetime movie, we're just getting a jump on our coverage.Cindy Anthony will not be charged with perjury for controversial statements she made to the jury during her daughter Casey's highly publicized murder trial. The prosecutors found that "chloroform" and "neck breaking" had been searched on Casey's home computer, and that these searches indicated that Casey was planning to kill her daughter, Caylee.
In a surprise twist, Cindy claims that it was in fact her who Googled those odd queries. "I started looking at chlorophyll," she said on the stand. "That prompted me to look up chloroform."
The general public believes that Cindy falsified her testimony, but the State Attorney's office isn't pursuing charges of perjury.
So, tell us. Who should play the Anthony ladies in the TV movie?

why do we need a movie? we really don't. they whole trial was played out in the media. this is a huge tragedy. i can't believe how this family keeps getting away with lies, murder
What does it take to be charged and punished for a crime in Florida?
Please, stop treating these criminals like they are celebrities. I beg you. Ignore them and they will fade away. If and when there is a movie, then cover it if you must. Speaking for myself, I find nothing ENTERTAINING about a murdered 34 month old child.

i'm as disgusted as anyone else. but that's how our society is. she is the oj simpson of this decade. i'm sure 10 years from now she'll have some book akin to "if i did it".
no one, i want no one to make a movie in any shape or form on this sick and disgusting case. any person that makes any headway in any form to look like a Casey Anthony movie would only support the cause that she got away with killing her daughter, "failing" to report to authorities for a whole month, then lying for 6 months to officers about it.
WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT? MAYBE THIS IS WHY EVERYONE IS UPSET. YOU DO NOT NEED A CAUSE OF DEATH FOR A MURDER CONVICTION. ENOUGH CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE. YOU DON'T EVEN NEED A BODY. The only feedback I have seen is two jurors have made statements. One said that if the death penality had not been on then they would have found her guilty. The other stated that the state could not show a cause of death. First of all either the jury did not understand what the judge said or they thought they knew all the answers. During that 11 hours the jury never once asked any questions which they could have asked the judge anything. They did not request any evidence or depositions. They knew exactly what they were doing. They needed no help from the court. So with that knowledge they pocessed to make their decission. They did not have to give a death sentence. There was only one
charge that carried the death sentence. They did not need the cause of death to establish if a murder had been commited. There have been many cases where the body was never even found.
ahh...........Now I know how to choose a jury for the defence. You take the people and give each a puzzle to put togather. Only with each puzzle you remove 1 piece. Let them put them togather. When complete you pick the one who can not tell you what the picture is missing only 1 piece. That one piece of
evidence that they did not know(cause of death) was only 1 piece of the puzzle. They could not or did not look at the whole puzzle. Without that missing piece, they could not see the picture. DID SOME ONE PERSON MAKE THE JURY THINK THAT?
