Casual Kate Middleton rocks skinny jeans in Canada

Continuing their tour of Canada, on Wednesday (July 6) Prince William and wife Kate Middleton visited Slave Lake, an Alberta town devastated by wildfire in May. The couple, according to the Daily Mail, requested to tour the town but kept the visit hush-hush until the last minute to avoid disrupting relief efforts.Now, about that outfit.
Middleton abandoned her recent propensity for navy blue dresses and skirts in favor of a pair of dark wash skinny jeans and on-trend wedges.
According to Fashion Etc., the duchess rocked a pair of J. Brand's 811 Mid-Rise Skinny Leg in Navy Luxe Twill which, earlier in the day, she had paired with a pair of Sebago Bela boat shoes before swapping them out for the L.K. Bennett wedges and donning a tailored blazer.

The fact that they were visiting Slave Lake to see the devastation and didn't want their presence to interfere with the work effort should be the focus and not the fact she wore skinny jeans.
