Casey Anthony released from jail, goes into hiding
We know for sure that Casey Anthony was released from jail shortly after midnight Sunday (July 17). As for what's happened in the hours since then, well, your guess is as good as anyone's.Anthony, who was acquitted of the 2008 murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, on July 5, walked out of the Orange County Jail in Orlando, Fla., at 12:09 a.m. Sunday. Her defense lawyer Jose Baez accompanied her, and corrections officers escorted her to a waiting SUV. A crowd of about 100 onlookers, protesters and a few supporters, along with a bunch of news crews, watched her leave.
The not-guilty verdicts on the murder and aggravated child-abuse charges outraged many commentators and observers; Anthony, 25, has been the subject of lots of vitriol online. She was convicted on four counts of lying to police and sentenced to four years in jail. She had already spent about three years in jail before the trial, so with time off for good behavior she was allowed out Sunday.
The question now is where Anthony went after her release. There were reports that the SUV that picked her up took her to her attorney's office in Orlando, and others that she went to the airport and boarded a plane for Columbus, Ohio. Neither she nor Baez spoke to anyone as she left the jail.
"It is my hope that Casey Anthony can receive the counseling and treatment she needs to move forward with the rest of her life," Baez says in a statement.

Casey's hiding out with Jose, starting her payment plan to him, no doubt.
On your knees, Casey...
Wherever this child killer is,I hope she does not have a days peace.
I hope her life is a living hell..
good.. hope she stays away... no news from her is good news ... if she doesn't attract attention... she won't be crucified everytime..
If you all have the evidence that was needed to prove her guilt, why didn't you bring it to court?
"It isn't what you THINK you know, it's what you can prove in court"
Probably heading to Hollywod to capitalize on all this and she will.
she used that duct tape to make it look like a kidnapping - it's so "darned" obvious, it's ridiculous.
Her jailhouse tapes three years ago proved that she is a mental case. She tells her parents "all I want to do is be with you guys and Caylee" and NOW she doesn't EVEN want to see her mother(?!!) That's one sick girl
Lol! I think they got something going on! She looked like she had started spinning her little web around Mr. Baez throughout the trial!
i bet she gives good head, i would love a BJ from her.
In the end it's a perverse reality, that the public is outraged that they once again have had the wool pulled from underneath them but the fact remains they are just as willing to patronize Ms Anthony, by now a widely vilified character as she now gets ready to have the last laugh with a soon to be overspilling bank account.
Although one is left to wonder, had Ms Anthony been aware of the complete fallout of her actions assuming she was somehow involved in her daughter's death whether she would do it all over again? Or furthermore has the vast sum of money she is ready to collect become a fair trade for the loss of her child, her innocence and probable hope that she will ever have a normal life devoid of fear, reprimand and hostility towards her? Time will tell or to be sure her book and movies will…
Rot in Hell, Casey. You know you killed Caylee. You will answer for your crime. I sure would hate to be you...on Judgement day.
