'American Idol': Haley Reinhart signs with Interscope Records
We've got some good news for fans (so basically everyone who watched the show) of "American Idol" Season 10's third place finisher Haley Reinhart.The 20-year-old fan favorite has signed a deal with Interscope Records. An official announcement is expected to be made shortly. Interscope, which is "Idol" mentor Jimmy Iovine's label, also recently landed Reinhart's fellow contestant Pia Toscano.
Season 10 champion Scotty McCreery and runner-up Lauren Alaina also signed record deals with Mercury Nashville, which means all four contestants will be with the Universal Music Group. Here's hoping we hear some duets in the future.
Reinhart is currently on the "American Idol Live!" tour.

Haley is blessed with a pretty amazing voice so really I'd be pretty much into anything that really shows off her abilities. From the tour videos I've seen her show off the smooth side of her voice on group numbers -really great sound -as well has her raspier side. I'd like an analog natural sound - no corny synthesized drumbeat etc please!
What great news to all of us who love jazz, blues, rock, soul .. well, just about ANY genre!! I do hope she sticks close to her jazz roots,though. CAN'T WAIT until her first album comes out. She's one of the most dynamic singers I've ever seen (and heard) come out of "American Idol"!!
Congrats Haley!!! She is my favorite this season and can't wait to get her new music. I like Scotty and James too but James needs to get a band and not try going as a solo artists at this point in his career.
