Tori Spelling: Kids, baby and I are fine after car accident

Tori Spelling may still be upset over the car accident she was in Monday -- one she says was caused by paparazzi chasing her -- but she and her family are no worse for wear physically.

Spelling, who's pregnant with her third child, was driving her kids to school Monday (June 13) when, according to her, she had to evade a photographer who was tailing her car. In doing so, she backed her car into a wall at the school.

After explaining what happened on Twitter, she added, "[What] will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop? Going to dr now to check on baby. I think its just shock."

That trip to the doctor turned out OK. Spelling tweeted Tuesday that "We R doing fine" and that the baby, due in the fall, was "kickin away."
