Selena Gomez talks Justin Bieber, performs 'Love You Like a Love Song'

Despite her hospital visit last week for exhaustion and malnourishment, Selena Gomez appeared healthy and happy on Friday's "Good Morning America" as she promoted her newest single "Love You Like a Love Song" and her upcoming movie, "Monte Carlo."She also talked about her boyfriend, Justin Bieber, and said she wouldn't rule out a duet sometime in the future. "I'm not sure. Whenever I do songs I kind of do it organically so if it happens, it happens," she says.
As for those photos of her and Biebs frolicking in the waves on a recent vacation, Gomez doesn't seem to mind the Twitter backlash from his fans. When she dated fellow celebs Taylor Lautner and Nick Jonas, she was always worried about fans finding out, but she doesn't have that problem now.
"I mean I'm young. I spent the first, like, three years hiding and terrifed of things like that. So, I'm just kind of enjoying being young and just having fun and focusing on my fans and my music." That said, she's not oblivious to the hate she gets. "I can't shut out all of it. I'm human. So I read it and I know what's being said, obviously. I have better things in my life and I do try to ignore it and I have incredible supporters."
