Selena Gomez hospitalized in Los Angeles after 'Tonight Show' appearance

The current First Lady of teeny-bop pop is not having a good Friday. On Thursday night after taping her appearance on "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno, Selena Gomez was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital.

During the show she complained of nausea and a severe headache, TMZ reports, and after taping finished, she headed straight to the hospital. As of 10 a.m. Friday, she's still hospitalized and undergoing tests to figure out the cause of her illness.

Gomez's reps confirm the story, issuing the simple statement, "Last night after Selena's appearance on The Tonight Show she wasn't feeling well and was taken to the hospital. She is currently undergoing routine tests." We'll keep you posted as more information becomes available.
