Scarlett Johansson, Sean Penn reportedly split

Well, that didn't last long, did it? The speculation surrounding Scarlett Johansson taking up with 24-years-her-senior Sean Penn started just a mere four months ago and the two didn't officially take their relationship public until April, at the White House Correspondents Dinner. But now it looks like they've called it quits.
People is reporting a source tells them the couple has split, but the reason is not immediately known. Both stars' camps are staying mum so far. Speculation about their breakup started when Johansson was not on hand at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival with Penn, where he was promoting his movie "The Tree of Life" with Brad Pitt.
Both Scarlett and Sean are coming off recent breakups. ScarJo split with husband of two years Ryan Reynolds back in December, while Penn split with wife of 14 years Robin Wright last August.

I think that Scarlett has a problem. She left Ryan, who loved her just the way she was. She then dated Sean and he bluntly told her that she needed to lose some weight. That's not easy criticism to handle gracefully. This is what gave her a second thought to the relationship. That's my opinion and I think that is the way it was!
