O.J. Simpson's confession to Oprah hasn't happened yet, despite reports otherwise

Not even Oprah works this quickly: A spokesperson for Oprah Winfrey says reports that O.J. Simpson has confessed to one of her producers is bogus.Last week, Winfrey told an audience at a cable-industry trade show that she has "a dream of O.J. Simpson confessing to me" and that "I am going to make that happen."
On Thursday (June 23), the National Enquirer ran a story -- subsequently propagated online by the U.K.'s Daily Mail -- claiming that Simpson, who was acquitted in 1995 of murdering his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ron Goldman, has already told one of Winfrey's producers that he killed Nicole "in self-defense." According to the story, Simpson told the producer that Nicole swung a knife at him and he "snapped," took the knife away and stabbed her, then did the same to Goldman when he arrived soon after.
A rep for Harpo Productions, Winfrey's company, tells The Hollywood Reporter that the Enquirer story is "not true." Simpson is currently serving a prison sentence for kidnapping, assault and robbery in Nevada.
While we don't doubt that Winfrey and her team are going after Simpson, we're guessing that if Winfrey had already secured an interview with Simpson, she'd want to control the story herself.

Well "If I did it" went over so well.
I always thought that Oprah was a little full of herself. Now I am convinced. She must be concerned that her "network" is sinking faster than the Titanic(in my opinion), so she comes up with this self serving statement that she can somehow convince O.J. to confess. At this point he should just refuse to even talk to her. Let her get a taste of humility.

I really don't mind a publicity stunt now and then, but this is an insult to my intellegence.
OJ will look GOD straight in the eye and not confess his guilt till five days after he dies.
As for Oprah, this is a bit egotistical even for her.
