Nikki Reed, Paul McDonald show off engagement at MTV Movie Awards

"Twilight" actress Nikki Reed and "American Idol's" Paul McDonald decided to use the 2011 MTV Movie Awards as the platform to show off their reported engagement. Reed tells E!, "He's the one. He's the one." A boyfriend so nice, she had to say it twice.
A source confirms to E! that the two, who met at the "Red Riding Hood" premiere (McDonald did not know who she was at the time), are in fact engaged after less than six months of dating. Reed says that her Top 8-placing man is writing a bunch of songs about her. All together now: Aw! "He says he's going to release a Nikki Reed EP," Reed gushes.
Reed was sporting some bling while walking the red carpet -- something she and her fiance seemed to be trying to show off in their prom-esque poses.
