On Saturday (June 25), when Neil Patrick Harris tweeted to say he and boyfriend David Burtka had been "engaged for five years" and were "just waiting for an available date," well everyone sort of assumed he was declaring his intention to marry in the near future since New York just passed a law legalizing same-sex marriage.Not so fast.
On Monday (June 27), Harris again took to Twitter to debunk any reports that he and Burtka plan to marry any time soon:
Dear media: Just because David and I will soon be able to marry in NY, doesn't mean we are actively planning a wedding. Cart before horse.less than a minute ago via web

What I love about this tweet (as with most of his) is I can actually hear him saying it (or thinking it up in his head if you will), specially that last line
Although Jonathan's diagnosis has not been made public, he most likely suffers major depression, based on his self medicating with alcohol and overdosing of some type medication. Hopefully, his physicians will prescribe an effective antidepressant, or combination thereof, to combat his chemical imbalance.
