MTV Movie Awards Host Jason Sudeikis encourages a Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling on-air smooch

jason-sudeikis-zap2it.jpgFollowing the Billboard Music Awards kiss-heard-round-the-world (courtesy of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez), MTV Movie Awards host Jason Sudeikis is ready to embrace any unscripted mayhem at this Sunday's award show.

Zap2it spoke with the "Saturday Night Live" regular about his upcoming hosting gig, and whether or not he's been encouraging celebs to create buzzworthy moments during the broadcast.

"I will embrace anybody kissing," he tells us. "If, you know, Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling smooch, that'd be great... I'm not gonna orchestrate anything, I'm only gonna respond to that which happens."

What we can expect is a sneak peek at the upcoming "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" wedding with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner all set to present during the ceremony. As part of Sudeikis' preparation for the show, he was forced to familiarize himself with the vampire series.

"I had to make some real hard decisions about, you know, being on Team Edward or Team Jacob," he says. "After doing all the research, I'm Team Bella. My older brother instincts, having two younger sisters, sort of kicks in when it comes to this young lady and I just want her to follow her heart."

The "Hall Pass" star tells us that we can definitely expect a few "SNL" references during the show, because he feels it will be necessary to explain to viewers where they might recognize him from. Among some of his most memorable impressions on the late night sketch comedy are George W. Bush, "American Idol's" Taylor Hicks and Adam Lambert, Billy Ray Cyrus and Wolf Blitzer.

After from the Movie Awards, Sudeikis can next be seen in "Horrible Bosses" alongside Jason Batemen, Charlie Day and Jennifer Aniston.

Watch our full interview below, in which he tells us about his favorite roles on "SNL" and what kind of hosting style we can expect on Sunday. Be sure to tune in to MTV at 9 p.m. ET/PT to watch all the madness unfold.
