Kelly Osbourne loses Pomeranian puppy, Noodles, to brain defect
Just a few months after adopting a puppy, which she documented extensively on Twitter, Kelly Osbourne had to put her pet down on Wednesday.
Osbourne, 26, first alerted fans that her Pomeranian, Noodles, was ill earlier in the week.
"My poor baby girl Noodles is sick," she wrote Tuesday. "She had a seizure and they don't know why. I'm taking her to see a specialist two hours away for a brain scan."
About 24-hours later, Osbourne announced that Noodles was going to be put down. "Noodles is not going to make it," she writes. "She was born with a brain defect, and I have to put her to sleep today I'm devastated. I just can't believe it."
Noodles was only adopted in March, 2011.
Osbourne later tweeted one of our favorite Will Rogers quotes that we think of when anyone loses a dog... "If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went."

I thoroughly agree with that quote. Any heartless person who says that dogs don't go to heaven because they have no souls has clearly not looked into any of my dog's eyes (the eyes are the windows to the soul, according to another saying). My condolences to Ms. Osbourne and her poor pet; I understand what's she's going through.
I agree. That is a beautiful quote.
