John Malkovich robbed in Prague; thief makes off with cell phones

Being John Malkovich isn't always all it's cracked up to be. On Friday (June 3), the actor was apparently the victim of a Prague hotel burglar. Two cell phones were reported missing in the robbery. It isn't clear whether anything else -- like his identity and use of his fine motor skills -- was stolen.
"We can confirm than an investigation is under way in the case of the disappearance of Mr. Malkovich's personal belongings," a spokesperson for the Mandarin Oriental hotel tells Reuters.
Malkovich was in the Czech Republic playing a serial killer (figures) in the murder melodrama "Infernal Comedy" at the Prague Spring music festival.

Can you imagine what he must have said after they robbed him. "I will hunt you down and burn you alive until you are but a rotting corpse." lol
He should try dialing his number to see if they pick up. Then, very politely of course, ask the thieves to return his phone. Yes sir . . . . that would do the trick!
Sorry, John M - I had my Blackberry taken while I was in Prague as well and they racked up close to $20,000 before it was over. . .
