Joe Jonas' 'See No More': What do you think of his new single?

joe-jonas-getty-2.jpgNick stepped out on his own with Nick Jonas and the Administration in 2009, and now it's big bro Joe Jonas' turn to detour from the Jonas Brothers. Joe's first single, "See No More," debuted Friday to mixed reactions. But can Joe's solo efforts fill the pop void left by Justin Timberlake, Serious Actor?

The answer is a definite maybe. "See No More," co-written with Chris Brown, discards some of the pop riffs that made the Jonas Brothers' music so Disney Channel friendly, while maintaining a catchy hook and turning up the R&B beat. Brown's influence is clearly heard.

As for lyrical content, Jonas doesn't go too racy with this first single -- no teenage girls will be scandalized. It's pretty a pretty standard tale of break-up woe.

Give the song a listen below. Is it worthy of your summer playlist? Give us your two cents in the comments section!

Its really good! I think he sounds good w. and w.o the rest of the boys.

We have no idea how he really sounds because of all the production tools used. We get he can sing high but this song didn't need it. It needed more Joe, less Chris Brown. Sorry, not buying this one.

I love it. WILl buy it and want it on my radio stations.

LOVE THE SONG.

I LOVE it! :)

WOW IT'S AMAZING LET NY1 SAY ANYTHING IT'S AMAZING!!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

Not a very good song. He should have stuck with his brothers. This is an unoriginal, unimaginative song. This is the best he could do? Sorry, I mean this is the best his producers could do?

Terrible, but then again I expected nothing less, jk. I really do not like it though, i have high expectations from him.

This song is better then him being with his brothers. Not that they were bad but he is more of a guy than a girl.

Love it can't wait to buy on iTunes haters hate all you want Joe Jonas is gonna do great on his own he doesn't need people telling him that his his new song is terrible!!
