Is 'Glee's' Dianna Agron dating Sebastian Stan?

Although she's in the middle of a nationwide "Glee" concert tour, Dianna Agron doesn't seem to have had any trouble keeping her love life active.The actress, who plays cheerleader-turned-Gleekster Quinn Fabray on the FOX show, is dating "Gossip Girl's" Sebastian Stan, according to Life & Style magazine.
"[Stan] came to Dianna's 3 p.m. Glee performance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on May 28," a source tells the magazine. "He waited for her backstage. Once the cast finished the show, Dianna ran backstage to Sebastian, and they were all over each other! Dianna and Sebastian love hanging out together. He can definitely hang with the Glee cast."
Well, that sounds reliable. And certainly doesn't lend support to the whole Dianna Agron is bisexual theory.
Agron recently split with actor Alex Pettyfer and Stan was previously attached to "Gossip Girl" co-star Leighton Meester.

Stan and Dianna actually dated before Dianna was attached to Alex. There was a verbal altercation between Alex and Stan at a nightclub in LA. Reports state that Stan just sat there while Alex tried to rip him a new one, then Alex was kicked out of the club and nearly assaulted a club worker.
How does this information not lend support to the theory that Agron is bisexual? Last time I checked, "bisexual" means you like both genders.
