Flo Rida arrested in Florida for DUI

Rapper Flo Rida was arrested in Miami Beach on Thursday, June 8, and was charged with DUI and driving with a suspended license, Billboard reports.

According to a police report, Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Lacell Dillard, was swerving while driving through South Beach in a 2008 Bugatti when authorities stopped him and administered a sobriety test.

Flo Rida told the police, "I can't do this. I don't think I can walk a straight line. I had a few drinks." A large crowd reportedly tried to persuade the officers to let the rapper go. "Let's do another test," Flo Rida said. "I live on the other side of the bridge. I can make it home."

The Miami Beach Police Department's spokesperson confirms the rappers blood alcohol level was .185. The legal limit in Florida is .08.
