Denise Richards adopts baby girl, names her after her mother

Aw, this is heartwarming! Denise Richards, who has remained remarkably quiet during Charlie Sheen's firestorm of publicity as she presumably raises his two daughters mostly on her own, has welcomed a new addition to the family.

Us reports that Richards has domestically adopted a baby girl, bringing the girl-to-dude ratio in her home to 4:0. Richards named her brand new daughter Eloise Joni, after her own mother, who passed away after a long battle with cancer in 2007.

Eloise joins Richards and her daughters, Sam (7) and Lola Sheen (5). "Denise and Eloise's big sisters couldn't be happier and feel incredibly blessed," her rep says.

"Thank you all for your sweet messages," Denise tweeted on Wednesday. "The girls and I are over the moon and so is my dad Grandpa Irv...xo"
