Chris Rock changes mind on Tracy Morgan: 'I don't support it at all'

Saturday (June 11) Chris Rock tweeted support of Tracy Morgan's stand-up routine that has had the internet abuzz because it contained numerous anti-gay sentiments. However, Rock had apparently not read Morgan's actual statements and was expressing support for stand-up comedy being generally foul and inappropriate.Rock has since recanted his support of Morgan after having read what the "30 Rock" star actually said during the show in question.
Rock tweets:
Tracy morgan is a tad off we all know that so when tracy says something i usually don't take it anymore serious than i would a statement from gary busey or flavor flav .when i first heard the statement i thought it was offensive but it also reminded me of my father saying ill kill you if you ever bring home a white girl but after reading everything tracy said . wow i get it that s*** wasn't called for and i don't support it at all. now can i please go to the tony awards without getting my a** kicked.
That actually sounds pretty right to us. Rock reacted without knowing the full story and now he can see how perhaps Morgan crossed a line.

"Rock acted without knowing the full story."- And this site didn't?
I think this story has been well documented from the beginning -so I'm not sure what you're implying regarding this site not knowing the "full story". If there was anything new to add, Tracy Morgaon would had included it when he made his official statement.
Chris Rock recanted his earlier statement not long after he made his first comment. If anything, that knowledge is slowly getting some press. He took a lot of heat for not seeing Tracy's material first before making his comment.
I'm sure all the lovely @replies he received on Twitter helped him change his tune. He was basically attacked from virtually every angle.
GLAAD is actually causing more hate toward GAYS with their NAZI Tactics...it's Called Defeating your Purpose but then again their is TOO MUCH MONEY to be made from Playing the GAY CARD..much like the Race Pimps play the RACE CARD then watch the MONEY POUR INTO their Coffers...grrrrr
Chris Rock is still alive? I thought he suicided when his career began tanking..

Chris Rock gets a pass, maybe 2 passes. tracy, not so much. He's a not mess waiting to happen. shoulda pulled it back a long time ago.
