Chris Evans, GQ reporter get 'hammered'; Feature story ensues

It's not every day one gets to go spend a night on the town with "Captain America" himself, but Chris Evans gave one GQ reporter a night she'll never remember forget.

   After a few hours of civilized and formal interviewing (though likened to a first date experience), Edith Zimmerman earned herself an invite to Evans' going away party at an LA club. A potential train wreck his publicist saw coming.

"My poor publicist," he says. "She knows I like to drink. She was like, 'Please don't drink too much, please just don't drink too much -- you're gonna take this person out and they're going to ruin you.'"

Alas, the reporter went along and according to her memory (or lack thereof), the evening consisted of earning several kisses on the cheek and hand, a "jump over the pool table" contest, climbing out a window and eventually sleeping it off in a spare bedroom. All in a days work, right?

A few days later, Evans teased Zimerman in front of his own mother who described the incident as an "initiation." She also unknowingly admitted to a major crush on the actor after encountering a gossip reporter.
