Charlie Sheen: Judge sends suit against Warner Bros. to arbitration
It doesn't look like Charlie Sheen will be facing off against his former "Two and a Half Men" bosses in court anytime soon.On Wednesday (June 15), a California Superior Court judge sent Sheen's $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre back to arbitration. According to the Los Angeles Times, Sheen had been avoiding arbitration -- even though his contract specified that Sheen settle any differences via an arbitrator.
Sheen's legal team remains hopeful that the arbitrator could still send the suit back to court, though judge Allan Goodman ruled that the arbitrator's clause was valid.
Warner Bros. fired Sheen -- who made $1.2 million per episode -- in March saying he was unable to perform with any reliability.

bouahaha not surprising LA judges in cahots with big corporate studios like Warner..what a surprise...NOT !
Warner are more than shady in this story, they fired their star because he made fun of them to the press, nothing more nothing less. But they try of course to twisted the facts with some unprofessional BS on set..disgusting..so now i just hope Charlie Sheen will still have some good money from this farce of trial.
The biggest losers right now actually are...the MEDIAS : nothing to coverage, to gossip about, to lie about..that makes me laugh !! haha ha !
Say HELLO to Charlie's little friend...ASHTON KUTCHER.
