'Captain America': Could Sebastian Stan replace Chris Evans?

When Chris Evans was cast as the new Captain America for this summer's "Captain America: The First Avenger" and the upcoming "The Avengers," the news was met with varied reactions from comic book fans.We've got some potentially good news for those of you who don't quite buy Evans in the role. Well, it's good news if Sebastian Stan is more your type. Stan, who plays Captain America's sidekick Bucky in the films, may be getting an upgrade, as the comic books do feature a storyline where Tony Stark promotes Bucky to Captain America after Steve Rogers dies.
When PopWrap's Jarett Wieselman sat down with Stan to discuss this possibility, he stayed mum, saying, "I'll let you find that out for yourself." Wieselman says Stan didn't seem particularly psyched about the idea - particularly because of the intense training schedule Chris Evans endured to get Captain America-worthy pecs. No, I like Chris Evans better.
That's so not fair. Chris Evans worked intensely hard for this role and he works for the role. I think he will do great and everyone needs to stop criticizing so damn much.
Chris would always be my Captain America♥..
It is widely published that Chris Evans has at least a six picture deal with Marvel for the role of Captain America. Chris is a terrific and carismatic actor. The Marvel folks made the right choice and they would be foolish to even consider replacing him at this point. I am hoping it is just a publicity stunt.
Chris Evans is spot on... Though I also liked Stan portrayed Buckey.
