"Jackass" star Ryan Dunn had a long history of traffic incidents and car crashes before his tragic death on June 20 -- so many, in fact, that his friends predicted his method of death five years ago in a DVD commentary track.TMZ reviewed the commentary in which one unidentified cast member makes the off-hand comment, "I have [Ryan] in the death pool ... for death by vehicle."
Best friend Bam Margera's mother April agreed that Dunn would never learn his lesson. "He's gonna eat it one of these times [in a car accident]," Margera added. Before his death, Dunn had accumulated over 20 moving violations, including one DUI.
Dunn's close friends attended a memorial service on Wednesday, and one of his co-stars, Jason "Wee Man" Acuna, went a step further, getting Dunn's likeness tattooed on him. He shared the experience in a video (below), noting that for once he wished he was getting the tattoo because of a lost bet.

yea it can happen to anyone your having a good time,sometimes you dont even know that you were that drunk.I got dui and struggle with alchol its easy to get addicted still I struggle its tough.Everybody deserves to live and not die.
