Watch First Lady Michelle Obama do 'The Dougie,' 'Running Man'
For reasons we cannot explain, a video of First Lady Michelle Obama doing the Dougie has existed on the Internet for 24 hours without us knowing.
And, as you might imagine, it's awesome.
Part of her "Let's Move" campaign, Obama stopped by Alice Deal Middle School in Washington, DC, where students were performing the cardio-heavy dance routine Beyonce choreographed for the initiative.
ABC News, which caught the whole event on camera, reports that the first lady quickly joined in the dancing, which includes elements of the Dougie, the Running Man and, our personal favorite, the Coolest Mom at the Wedding.
The Obamas might be having the best week ever.
