Osama Bin Laden dead: Photo of body unlikely to be seen on U.S. television

We can expect photos to be taken of the body and, in all likelihood, released to the media in some form before the body is buried by Monday afternoon in accordance with Muslim law. FOX News reports that the photo has already been shown on television in Pakistan, where Bin Laden was found in a mansion on a compound.
While the release of photos is expected if only to silence skeptics, the likelihood of any such photograph being shown on American television without significant censoring or blurring is very slim. Bin Laden's body is described as being in "gruesome" condition, as can be expected as his cause of death was at least one shot to the head.
[UPDATE] A photo has been leaked that is said to depict the body of Bin Laden; authenticity has not been confirmed. Zap2it will not be posting said photo.

Whatever, Its funny that because of CONTINUING gas prices the presidents apporoval rating has dropped DRASTICALLY! and now this... its probably all a big scam to boost approval ratings. Besides, BUSH was behind 9/11
None of this adds up. The only thing that adds up is that every time in the past 10 years that a president's approval rating has slipped, there was something new about Osama Bin Laden. He had a great run at being their scapegoat. Personally, I believe he has been dead for years. There is something else going on here, and while many people are satisfied with the outcome, if you look back, you'll understand where I'm coming from. The path that got us here, doesn't make sense, and this doesn't either. At least, not in the way the media has portrayed it. This may be the longest-running active hoax ever.

Right around the corner? It'll be another year and a half before the presidential elections. Was the 2008 stock market collapse all a political scheme to boost Obama too?
You'll see the photos - just not on TV. And if you're gonna lie about killing Bin Laden to boost your approval rating, why not wait until 2012? There's still plenty of time for his ratings to take a dive.

In my opinion I don't really care if there is a picture released or not. But as far as it being to"gruesome", I think the viewings on the TV of the 9/11/01 attack when I was younger were "gruesome" so if it was alright to show 3,000 dead Americans and the attacks to our country on our TV's then why can't we see a photo of the man who has caused so much hurt and pain to the many families and our whole country? I think its a fare trade. Not to mention all the ransome videos that him and his people released of our men and women being held hostage and tortured. So really should people really be going there about it being to "gruesome" and what about all the news footage of the war and all the dead soldiers they have shown?! Personaly I think thats gruesome and wrong. I think its just an excuse.
That said photo, which I've seen a few times now is PHOTOSHOPPED TO H*LL! It is a fake.
Everyone is a critic now a days. There isn't always a conspiracy behind everything. And you can think the photo's are photo shopped if you want but if you have no clue what a bullet does to a body you would think that. As a soldier I am glad he was finally caught. Karma is a motherf*cker . This doesnt change anything but he got what he deserved.
