Mexican Pointy Boots: The new must have footwear for cowboys and dance crews

Did we miss something, or has the North Pole up and relocated to Mexico?


When we woke up this morning, the last thing we expected to watch was a video of a bunch of Mexican cowboys/dancers modeling something called "Mexican Pointy Boots." It's been one of those days.

The elfin looking footwear has apparently become a must have fashion accessory for cowboys/dancers all over Mexico. They come in all shapes, sizes, colors and fabrics. You can even make them yourself!

Watch the video below, courtesy of Vice Magazine. They spoke with locals regarding the fashion craze, which is making quite the impression in dance clubs courtesy of Mexico's Best Dance Crew. We kid -- No word on whether they are the "best" dance crew, but they're certainly the most fashion forward.
