'Hunger Games' casts Donald Sutherland as President Snow, inadvertently calls him a creep
The intimidatingly large cast of the "Hunger Games" trilogy, the film adaptation of Suzanne Collins' wildly popular post-apocalyptic young adult novels, has finally nabbed a villain.
Lionsgate announced May 21 that Donald Sutherland ("Ordinary People," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer") will play President Snow. He'll play the primary foe to Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss.
The functioning dictator of nation of Panem and its 12 districts, Snow is described as cold, ruthless and constantly smelling of blood.
If you're unfamiliar with "The Hunger Games," he's basically Voldemort.
