Heidi Montag before and after plastic surgery; Reality star done going under the knife

From now on, Heidi Montag's face will be staying in one place. Maybe.

The reality star, who made headlines for multiple plastic surgery operations in 2007 and 2009, is barely recognizable from her days on "Laguna Beach." Now, the famously fame-hungry blonde is saying she's done with going under the knife.

"Obviously when I get a little older, I'll take it from there, but for this moment, I don't want anything to do with plastic surgery!" Montag tells Us Weekly.

It all started with breast augmentation, a nose job and lip injections back in the spring of 2007. Then, Montag graduated to ten surgeries in one day back in November 2009. She reportedly had brow-lifts, ear-pinnings, a chin reduction, as well as another nose job and breast augmentation.

It's no wonder Montag is calling it quits with surgery. Since 2010, she has opened up saying that she feels "like Edward Scissorhands," exposing scars and admitting that she almost died as a result of too ouch Demorol -- a fast acting painkiller. She claimed that her elective process ruined her career and personal life, adding that "People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body."

Hindsight is 20/20, girlfriend -- But we're sure there's a corrective surgery for that, right?
