Donald Trump's witty comeback to Seth Meyers' jokes? 'He's a stutterer'
"The Celebrity Apprentice" host and proposed presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has issued his "I know you are, but what am I?" response to "Saturday Night Live's" head writer and cast member Seth Meyers' roasting of him at the White House Correspondents Dinner.
Politico.com reports that Trump called into "Fox and Friends" on Sunday (May 1) and had a few words to say about Meyers' rolling joke train at his expense.
"I thought Seth Meyers -- his delivery frankly was not good," Trump says. "He's a stutterer."
Trump used his poker face while both Meyers and President Obama took their humorous shots at the real estate mogul. But, apparently, still waters run deep.
"I didn't know that I'd be virtually the sole focus," Trump says of the speeches. "I guess when you're leading in the polls that sort of thing tends to happen. But I was certainly in a certain way having a good time listening. I don't think the American people are having a good time with $5 gas. ... I was thinking to myself as they were doing this, you know, the American people are really suffering and we're all" having fun at a gala.
Do you think the common American's plight would have entered Trump's mind had Meyers and Obama not made him the butt of their jokes?

does this guy get anything right? there were 40 minutes of jokes by obama and meyers... trump was the subject of about 5 minutes... yo donald... that's not all about you.
and since he's such a clownish figure and its the most recent news... makes sense he'd be a big topic
stutterer? he's so childish when he gets angry. myers was great. he misspoke a few words in a 20 min speech.
the donald is an idiot...he thinks everything is all about him...a real moron....stay tuned lol..the carinval barker is getting all *issy..he doesn't look the roll and he cannot play the part. Ask Donald about his clothing line that is "Made In China" or about His 66% non American wives...The dems could not even wish for a better candidate..
Sometimes I think maybe Trump is just trolling the GOP because he is making it too easy for the Dems. But then I realize he really IS that delusional.
I thought the jokes were funny. The Donald is funny too, funny looking.
Listen folks...Trump is not some small insignificant person like some street vendor. He is worth 7 billion and so don't kid yourselves! When an average person slams a door in anger they just slam the door in anger but Trump has 1000's of people that are an extension of himself. When he slams the door it flies out the doorway like a hurricane hit it. Every action he takes is like a hurricane as it affects many lives. He has had to consider other people's lives all his life which amounts to a certain amount of training. He is not just himself but kind of like a business version of Hobbs' Leviathan. I don't think you folxs quite understand the power Trump and other multibillionaires have.
Honestly, Trump shows up at this thing, should know what it is like, should know HE would be the butt of a number of jokes but looks dyspeptic throughout. He should have laughed at the jokes about himself and not taken this seriously. The comment above concerning his negative wielding of power speaks volumes. The man is a bully. And then he makes an odd personal remark about Meyer. When he called this in he wasn't acting like an "adult". He was acting more like the kid in the schoolyard. How strange.

The president can make all the jokes he wants about Donald. The fact is, Donald is giving people jobs, while Obama is raising gas prices and wants to spend more tax dollars. That is very creepy and scary. The American people should snap out of glorifying Obama who has done virtually nothing but to harm the economy.
