Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller officially divorced

It's official -- Charlie Sheen is back on the market.

The actor and estranged wife Brooke Mueller were officially granted a divorce by an L.A. Superior Court judge on Monday (May 2). They have been separated since Christmas 2009, following the now infamous Aspen incident.

According to Us Magazine, Sheen will pay his newly minted ex-wife $55,000 per month in child support for their twin boys, Bob and Max. More specifically, court documents state that "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola." Yikes.

Sheen will be keeping the couple's shared home, but Mueller walked away with $1.2 million for her stake in it, as well as a lump sum of $747,698.70 and a 2009 Mercedes. They will split the profits from media sold baby photos and though Mueller waived her right to seek spousal support, we think she made out pretty well.

The mother will retain physical custody of the young boys with Sheen earning visitation rights three weekends a month.

It was recently reported that Mueller had entered herself in a rehab facility as a precautionary measure. Better to be safe than sorry!
