Bristol Palin's new face: Plastic surgery or weight loss?

Yes, that's really her.After her run on the last season of "Dancing With the Stars," Bristol Palin stayed out of the spotlight for a while, buying a home in Arizona and avoiding high-profile appearances. Recently, however, she's stepped out at the White House Correspondent's Dinner and a Candies gala to benefit teen pregnancy prevention... but she's almost unrecognizable.
While her face is strikingly different, she doesn't seem to have lost much weight elsewhere. The full-body photos below are from November 2010 and April 2011.
Palin was criticized -- mostly by late-night comedians -- during her "Dancing" run for being one of the only contestants not to lose weight during her time on the show. Kathy Griffin, who frequently cracks jokes about the Palin family, said at the VH1 Divas Support the Troops event, "She gained like 30 pounds a week, I swear to God, it was fantastic. She's like the white Precious."

The photo is taken from a different angle. It looks like she's lost a little weight, but I would hardly call her 'almost unrecognizable'.
Her body looks thinner in the first one but that could be because she's wearing black. The lower half of her face is almost completely different in the second. Maybe she's starting to shed the baby fat -- her own and from having a baby. The darker hair is a keeper.
Different angle, different hair color, but hardly plastic surgery....seriously Carina you get paid for this crap?
And now we are supposed to believe that the typical unmarried teenage mom has money for plastic surgery three different times and to spend on her fancy duds and parading herself all across the country??? Candies has to be awfully dumb to think that people think highly of their decision to hire this prostitute.
Unfortunately whatever it is - it's not helping.

Actually, if you see other pictures from other sites, it's not just the angle that makes her look different. These were just not the greatest pictures for comparisons.
She obviously got a chin implant. You don't go from a round face shape to heart-shaped by only losing weight. It also looks like she had her lips done.

Who really cares? Why does anyone care...she's a no body in the grand scheme of things. And if you search her tax records on line you'll see she did make enough money last year for plastic surgery...teen mother advocate speaker...OMG
