Shortly after Leonardo DiCaprio and the Israeli model called it quits (again), rumors started flying that he had an eye for "Gossip Girl" beauty Blake Lively. The two were spotted over "work meals" stateside, sticking close at Cannes and partying their way through the French Riviera.

Now, Us Weekly has a photo of the two holding hands during a moonlit stroll in Monte Carlo on Friday (May 27). Reportedly, the actor has pulled out all the stops while wooing his new love interest, including helicopter and yacht rides, dinners, parties and more -- As one does.

As expected, a slew of "inside sources" are weighing in on the rumored romance:

"He looked very in love," says one witness.

"Her face lit up when Leo was talking," adds another.

"He had introduced Blake as his girlfriend," blabs another. "I would say they're totally smitten."

"I've never seen him like this with a girl," a final source insists.
