Billboard Music Awards 2011: Britney Spears steals the show with Nicki Minaj, Rihanna performances
Despite a questionable bunny mask during her opening appearance with Rihanna, Britney Spears took the Billboard Music Awards stage in style.
The pop princess didn't earn a solo slot during the Las Vegas award
show, but she did make two scene stealing appearances on the stage.
Joining Ri Ri for a remix of her hit single "S&M," Brit Brit opened
the show with a big smooch from the "Umbrella" singer (But not quite
Madonna status). She then joined boyfriend Jason Trawick in the audience until her next appearance.Looking flawless and actually happy, she took the stage with "Femme Fatale" tourmate Nicki Minaj for a remix of her Ke$ha penned single, "Till the World Ends." Though Ke$ha was in the house, for some reason she didn't join the duo on stage -- We're upset.
Regardless, Spears appeared to be glowing on stage and we couldn't be happier. After a few lackluster performances promoting her latest album, we were thrilled to see her looking sparkly -- though her moves are nowhere near where they used to be.
In case you couldn't tell, we grew up as Spears fans and will remain loyal to our girl till the end. What did you think of her performances?

No, the "performance" was awful. Lip sync feast. Glad I didn't watch the show, just the video later on internet.
Britney Spears was amazing , sad that ugly fat woman are jelous of Britney's hot looks and great voice . She rules!

This is a joke, right? The close ups showed her looking tense, and she had a "Can I get off this stage now?" look to her. Were you watching the same show that I did?
The host was so bad I don't get his asian humor.

Basing my decision on the not so great lipsyncing, I would have to say it sucked... she looked pretty and happy though!
She looked nice but the lip syncing needed more practice i think lol
Britney has been lip synching for over a decade now... Why are people STILL shocked about that?
That being said, she is just not into performing these days and I think it's because she's over-medicated by her handlers. I hope that changes so she gets some of her personal energy and excitement back for her summer tour...
I love Britney Spears and want her to be happy and love her music but your description that she appeared "Happy" is a joke. She seemed very tense and uncomfortable and as if she couldnt wait to get off that stage!
