'X-Men: First Class' gets series of nostalgic magazine covers
It's no secret that we're quite excited about the upcoming 1960s-set "X-Men" reboot, "X-Men First Class." And now our nostalgic hearts have something to feast on while we wait for the June 3, 2011, release date.
Total Film (via /Film) has four alternative covers of their June issue in the movie's honor -- and though one of them is a straightforward ensemble photo of the cast, three are inspired by vintage magazines.
Stars January Jones, Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy each get their own tribute, with respective references to Vogue, Esquire and Life.
And as heavenly as Jones looks in Emma Frost's bra and gauzy cape, we've got to say the clear winner here is Fassbender. Who could ask for a more dignified drinking buddy?
