'Teen Mom 2's' Leah Messer, Corey Simms file for divorce

That was even shorter than expected.

Just six months after tying the knot, "Teen Mom" Leah Messer has filed for divorce from husband and 20-year-old baby-daddy Corey Simms. The couple's relationship was featured on the MTV reality show along with their twin girls Aliannah and Aleeah, 16-months.

"Everything Corey and I have done has happened so fast," the 18-year-old mother tells Us Magazine.

Fast is an understatement. The two dated for just one month before learning of their pregnancy, split shortly after the birth of their girls, got back together six-months later, then were living together and engaged just two-weeks after that.

"Three years ago, back before I was pregnant, I never thought I'd be married now," Messer says. "I was scared because a lot of people who marry young end up divorcing within a year.

Well... yeah.

Not that we're surprised by the development, but we had hoped these two crazy kids would be able to work it out.
