She is so grounded.

Bruce Willis
and Demi Moore's 17-year-old daughter Tallulah Belle Willis experienced her first run in with the law on Friday, Apr. 29, reports TMZ. Tallulah Belle was cited for underage possession of alcohol.

Cops spotted Tallulah Belle and her two friends getting out of a car in Hollywood around 11:00 p.m. They were carrying two bottles of alcohol and when police found out the girls' ages, the three girls were cited at the scene for underage possession.

Since Tallulah Belle is a minor, the cops couldn't release her and needed an adult to come pick her up. Law enforcement sources say Tallulah Belle called Willis, but Moore was the parent to come pick her up.

Not a big deal...normal teenage behavior, an over reaction will only make the situation worse. At least she hasn't reached George Bush junior levels of abuse. Anyone who expects kids to wait until they're 21 to drink are fools...those that do are generally prone to overdoing it big time...they have no experience and end up drinking/binging like a child.

Scott, you're dead-*** wrong. There is no evidence to indicate that those who wait until age 21 to drink end up worse off than those who drink illegally before age 21 - it's actually quite the contrary. Furthermore, medical research shows that alcohol consumption before age 21 has negative effects on brain development. Personally, I did not begin drinking until I was about 23, and 6 years later I still rarely drink and have literally never been drunk once.

Why bring George Bush into this? He's hasn't been President in 2 1/2 years. Seriously, time to move on.
