Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits attacked outside courthouse before stalker case

Paris Hilton is not having the greatest of weeks.

After being accused of bad driving by "Fairly Legal" star Sarah Shahi (only to be vindicated by an apparent doppelganger), she was scheduled to appear in court and face the man who allegedly broke into her home.

TMZ caught up with Hilton outside the Van Nuys, CA, courthouse, where she and boyfriend Cy Waits were (almost) assaulted by a creepy sunglasses-wearing man who claims she and her father have already accepted his attempt to propose to her. It's being billed as an "attack" but it looks like he just grabbed Waits' arm.

How many stalkers does Hilton actually have?

Regardless, she and Waits emerged more-or-less unscathed, while the would-be attacker was taken into custody.
