Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon welcome twins on fourth wedding anniversary
Double the congratulations are in order for Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon!The couple welcomed twins and celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary on Saturday, Apr. 30. Carey's rep Cindi Berger confirms to People that the singer gave birth to twins, saying the baby girl was born first. weighing 5 lbs., 3 0.z, and was 18 inches long. Her brother weighed in at 5 lbs. 6 oz., and was 19 inches long.
Cannon tweeted, "My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won't ever be able to top this!" Berger says the coupled listened to Carey's hit song "We Belong Together" after the children were born.
The babies' names have not yet been released, but Cannon says, " They won't be crazy names like Carburetor or something, but they're definitely unique."
