Lindsay Lohan sentenced to 120 days in jail

Lindsay Lohan is in custody after being sentenced to 120 days in county jail for violating her probation. The erstwhile actress, party girl and jewelry collector was also ordered to complete 480 hours of community service.

According to TMZ, Lohan was booked into jail following Friday's (April 22) hearing after the judge decided that Lohan had indeed violated her probation by walking out of a Venice Beach jewelry store with a necklace she didn't pay for.

Judge Stephanie Sautner did reduce the charges from a felony to a misdemeanor, but chastised Lohan, telling her that she should have called the store to notify the owners about the missing necklace sooner.

Lohan will also serve 480 hours of community service -- 360 hours at the Downtown Women's Center and 120 hours at the L.A. County Morgue.
