Gucci Mane arrested for throwing woman out of moving car

When Gucci Mane asks someone to breakfast, he doesn't like to take no for an answer. In January, the rapper was arrested for allegedly throwing a woman out of his moving car after she refused a $150 offer to accompany him to breakfast and his hotel room.

Now, according to Rolling Stone, he's been charged with misdemeanor battery and violation of his probation -- he was released from jail in May 2010 after serving six months for another probation violation.

At the time of his release in May, the rapper released this statement:

"These past six months have been a difficult time but fortunately I have learned a great deal from my experience. I was able to do a great deal of soul searching; I am coming out with a new attitude towards life."

He apparently forgot to read the end of the sentence, which was "in 2010."

And, yes, that is in fact an ice cream cone tattooed on his face.
