'Celebrity Apprentice' rewind: NeNe Leakes goes off on La Toya 'Casper, the ghost' Jackson
Is this so right or so wrong? Ever since Sunday's (April 10) episode of "The Celebrity Apprentice," our thoughts keep going back to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta's" NeNe Leakes' first official blow up on the show. And soft-spoken, but feisty, La Toya Jackson (not Star Jones?) was the object of her ill affection.
During the boardroom, NeNe expressed her disapproval for La Toya's leadership style as she was that episode's project manager. It seems NeNe felt that La Toya had done her wrong as her team mate by taking what she believed was just business very personally.
So, what better abuse of our blogging power than to post that video and ask you, our dear (and opinionated) readers what you think, because we still want to talk about it!

Regardless of whether or not the team could appreciate LaToya's scattered management style, it was she who came up w/the idea to add the winter element. She got no support from her team. That said, no one, and I mean no one deserves to be treated the way NeNe treated her. Now, while we may expect that of the housewife, none stood up to put a stop to it. Shame on Marlee, Star and Hope.
Nene was wrong and a big disappointment to watch. LaToya handled herself like the woman of class she truly is. They all wanted her to fail and she didn't. For Nene to say the mean things she said to LaToya was uncalled for. Her entire family has made a HUGE mark in the industry today. So what, you try and beat up a person for being famous? She is so full of hate and jealousy its unreal. I hope she's truly investing the money she's making by showing her behind. I don't care to EVER see her on television again! Bad drama.
Nene's behavior was very disrespectful to Latoya. Even though her management style was off, she had no choice since her team mates offered no support to her. Shame on all of them
I agree with most of the other posters. NeNe Leakes was completely out of line. I have lost all respect for her at this point. She was put on the show to do just what she did....to be nasty, rude, and disrespectful. Hopefully, her fifteen (15) minutes are about up, because I do not want to see her on the airwaves again. I hope that many others are like me, and have "Housewives" fatigue. All of the "Housewives" franchises have gotten old.
Nene went too far. She is just plain mean and nasty. Now I don't know if she is doing this for the cameras or this is the real Nene. She is not on Celebrity Apprentice because of any great professional accomplishment. Trump needed her to spice up his boardroom. She is about the angriest person I have ever seen in my life and she will give herself a heart attack if she does not calm down. I can't imagine being that angry 24/7.
I really don't think either one of these two have a shot of winning but Latoya is DEFINITELY the class act that deserves respect. The women on ASAP pretty much gave Latoya ZERO creative input or creativity. These people sat around like freakin' characters on the Sims computer game completely and totally depending on Latoya to manage EVERYTHING. This was totally not the case on team Backbone. These girls definitely want Latoya out. The remarks NeNe made were completely disrespectful, offensive and unwarranted.
NeNe Leakes isn't an actor, athlete, comedian, model, musician, tv host, writer or anything of any importance to qualify as a "celebrity." She is however, an aggressive, jealous, loud, mean-spirited and obnoxious woman. This is why she was cast on Housewives and on Celeb Apprentice. I think she knows that she is on minute #11 of her 15 minutes of fame and is full of resentment and jealousy that Latoya is and will forever be an icon. After this show, Nene will be what she has been all along. A big, fat NOTHING.
Ms. Jackson has been "in the business" almost as long as NeNe's been looking for her real father.
Latoya should have said, "Correction, 56, and STILL look better than you. I'll give you my plastic surgeon's business card so he can correct the mistakes Dwights surgeon made on you. The check you receive from this show should cover a portion of the down payment". Then she should have tipped up her glass and made an exit.
I am outraged by NeNe Leakes behavior and remarks against La Toya Jackson. It was totally out of line and undeserved. LaToya has been working very hard through every challenge and impressives executives and Mr. Trump. What really fascinates me is that NeNe represents a charity for abused women--and she is the abusive one! Her charity should fire her if Donald Trump doesn't.
Nene go away forever... sick biotch! you dumped your husband because he doesnt make enough money for you... you bully and are jealous of everyone... your just miserable and sad.... i dont believe Nene was ever abused shes huge and could kick any guys butt... i think she just says that as a tool to get sympathy and as a career move.... she wants to be the next oprah, only for the money... your in competition with the whole world and its getting old... you choked kim zolziak and your charity is for abused woman (take the money and turn around and give it to all the woman you've abused, you wouldn't have a dime left)... later
