Brooke Mueller enters rehab. Again.
This train wreck just keeps getting worse. Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller has landed herself back in rehab after refusing a court mandated drug test on Friday (Apr. 15), TMZ reports. The test was a required part of her custody settlement with Sheen over their twin 2-year-olds, Bob and Max.
This is just one of several reported rehab stints for Mueller, who will next appear on Oxygen's new reality show, "The World According to Paris Hilton." She allegedly spent the past week on a drug binge before checking in to a facility, though sources say it is simply a "precautionary measure."
She last checked into a rehab center less than a year ago for reported drug and alcohol abuse issues.
This news follows a Mueller spotting at an Inglewood pawn shop, where she was supposedly attempting to exchange jewelry for some cash. We're not saying anything, but go ahead and interpret as you will.
Supposedly, the kids are in the care of Mueller's mother at the moment. Sheen is expected to pursue full custody of the boys when his lawyers head to court on Tuesday. Can someone hook these boys up with some new parents, please?

It is not hard to talking about their projects, their work..The only material the audience and the press should care about.
I wonder how much these "writers" get paid...especially when there are actual talented people jobless in this economic downturn. Got to love Corporate America. Trust me, Tribune Media Services will be getting an e-mail and a personal letter from me soon.
Re: Charlie and Brooke, obviously Brooke is hooked to the point that even the possibiity of losing her kids doesn't stop her from using. As for Charlie, no one seems to be able to get a real handle on his mental condition, let alone moral condition. I think the grandmother may be the only other alternative, unless Martin Sheen wants to try raising these sweet little ones.
