Amy Smart flashes engagement ring; Suggests couples shower together for Earth Day
This Earth Day, Amy Smart is rocking a new rock.The actress announced on Thursday that she and HGTV hunk Carter Oosterhouse are newly engaged and by the looks of it, her future hubby has great taste in jewelry.
Smart hasn't dished on the details behind the proposal or just how many carets make up that ring... but it looks like a big one. One tidbit she did hint at, is how she and Oosterhouse will celebrate Earth Day.
Smart tells PopEater that in order to conserve water, people should lather up and double up in the shower.
"I think you could take a shower with your significant other and that would be great," she jokes. "But I probably wouldn't take a shower with just a friend."
Smart debuted her ring at a Body Shop eco party as part of their Three Minute Shower Challenge. Fittingly, she and Oosterhouse first met at a green charity event back in November.
