Quentin Tarantino sues 'True Blood's' Alan Ball over loud birds. No neighborly love, here

quentin-tarantino-crazy.jpgCharlie Sheen and Chuck Lorre aren't the only ones tied up in legal drama. Quentin Tarantino filed a lawsuit against neighbor and "True Blood" creator, Alan Ball.

No, the suit isn't over a stolen idea or owed compensation. It's about birds.

Reportedly, Tarantino is all in a tizzy over Ball's "exotic bird menagerie," which forces the Academy Award winner to deal with "obnoxious pteradactyl-like screams" all day. Best. Lawsuit. Ever.

According to TMZ, the "Kill Bill" director has tried to settle the dispute amicably but Ball has "done little to eliminate the macaws' daily cacophony." The court document states that the distracting noise has "seriously disrupted [his] ability to work as a writer in his home."

First of all, get an office. But seriously, we don't blame the guy for wanting a little peace and quiet in his own home -- It's not like they're his birds.

The noise doesn't seem to bother Hall though, who is the Academy Award winning writer of "American Beauty." Additionally, he's the brains behind HBO's "Six Feet Under" and "True Blood."

Look's like that neighborhood is about to go pretty quiet in more ways than one.

That's hysterical...

I used to work in a pet shop & trust me, a bunch of them can be really loud.

As much as I LOVE me some True Blood I'm gonna have to take Quentin's side on this one.

If you own pets you need to respect your neighbors.
