Michaele Salahi crashes 'Celebrity Rehab', gets the boot

"Real Housewife of D.C." Michaele Salahi has again used dubious credentials to worm her way into an exclusive party. Well, as long as party = rehab.

The infamous "D.C. Housewife" has been booted off from season five of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew."

Last year, the nervy Salahi and her husband Tariq famously snuck into a White House state dinner causing a massive inside-the-beltway uproar and turning the 2010 White House Correspondents Dinner into an utter security nightmare. Still, the stunt catapulted Salahi into the company of other "famous for being famous" faces -- like Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Levi Johnston and most of the rest of the "Real Housewives of [insert city here]" cast members.

The D.C. "Real Housewives" franchise turned out to be an utter snoozefest and Salahi's contract was not renewed for a second season, which may be why the fake former Redskins cheerleader started seeking greener reality TV pastures.

According to a publicist who spoke with E! News earlier this week, "Michaele Salahi [was] consulting with Dr. Drew and she [hoped he would] be able to assist her about everything she has endured over the last year."

The glare of reality TV cameras? Really gnarly bleach jobs? Being a shameless publicity hound?

In any case, Salahi was cut from the cast (which also includes fame addict Michael Lohan) on Wednesday (March 8).

"You know, we can show you a bunch of emails about what they wanted her to pretend to be," husband Tarek told RadarOnline, "but that's going to come out later on with one of the major networks."

We'll be holding our breath.
