Kate Winslet debuts bold new look: But do we like her as a platinum blonde?

Kate Winslet has traded in her signature honey blond shoulder-length locks for a drastically different look. On the cover of April's British Vogue, Winslet debuts a choppy, white-blonde 'do that is miles away from her usual historical-drama-ready hair.

Winslet talks to the magazine about starting again following her split from husband Sam Mendes in March 2010.

But could the inspiration for the cut have been pal Michelle Williams, who rocked a similar look at a November screening of "Blue Valentine"?
