Guy Ritchie, Jacqui Ainsley expecting first child together

"Sherlock Holmes" director Guy Ritchie and his girlfriend, model Jacqui Ainsley, are expecting their first child together, his rep confirms to People. Ritchie, 42, and Ainsely, 29, have been together for about a year. This will be Ritchie's third child.

Ritchie has two sons, Rocco, 10, and David, 5, with ex-wife Madonna. The former couple welcomed Rocco in Aug. 2000 and married four months later. They adopted David from Malawi in 2006. They split in Oct. 2008.

Ritchie is currently working on the sequel "Sherlock Holmes: The Game of Shadows," starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. The film hits theaters on Dec. 16.
