'Celebrity Apprentice' fan, Matthew McConaughey, can't wait for NeNe Leakes to be project manager
Who knew Matthew McConaughey was such a big "Celebrity Apprentice" fan?!
When the handsome actor dropped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to promote his film, "The Lincoln Lawyer," on the episode airing Friday (March 25), he admitted to watching the NBC reality show saying, "That's some real good fun."
And when the host suggested the two-hour running time was a big commitment, he replied, "I don't mind. I wouldn't mind if it was three [hours]."
He has evidently given the show and its competitors a lot of thought.
"John Rich. He's going to be good at it," he offers when asked which competitors he likes. "Star Jones is good at it. She's a diva but she's good at it. Even when she's not team leader, she's taking control back there."
NeNe Leakes was just on with Ellen this week and she said Star is "a disaster." So, what does McConaughey think of the Atlanta housewife?
"Wait till NeNe is the project manager," he says. "And has to tell Star what to do. That's going to be fun. She doesn't mind speaking her mind."
He won't have to wait much longer: NeNe tweeted that she'll be the project manager on this Sunday's episode!
