The Kardashians made $65 million in 2010... give up now
On Feb. 9, Kim Kardashian tweeted the following: "If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life!"
Maybe she was doing her taxes.
The Hollywood Reporter has a profile on reality TV's first family in which the Kardashians reveal that they netted $65 million in 2010. That's more than Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock and Tom Cruise's combined estimates.
Twitter, advertising endorsements, appearances, product lines and several TV series all come together to produce their absurd haul. Yes, apparently you can make money off of Twitter.
"I have a blog that has 40 million hits a month," Kim says of her more than 6 million Twitter followers, which have her ranked as the 7th most-followed user on the site. "People leave comments: What shoes do you wear, and what lip gloss do you use? My mom told us, 'So why not be a brand for our fans and give them what they want?' Many of our ideas [about what to endorse] come from our fans and then our mother makes it happen."
And what does mama Kris get in return? A cool 10 percent. She's their manager, after all.

If their mother is their manager why does Kim get all upset when her mother books her to be nude in front of the camera pretending that she had no idea that she was going to be nude.
