Rep. Chris Lee's Craigslist connection: 'I was just bored at work'
The woman who sent shirtless photos of now-resigned New York Republican congressman Christopher Lee to Gawker wishes to remain anonymous -- but that doesn't mean she's staying silent.She spoke with Gawker just a day after confessing her Craigslist flirtation with the representative, and she has advice for his wife: "Go get tested."
"I'm sure he hooked up with women from Craigslist who may have had, um, seedy paths," she says. "My theory is, you don't get caught your first time out."
As for why she was on Craigslist, the 34-year-old Maryland woman insists she's not, as many blog commenters have suggested, a prostitute. "I was just bored at work one day."
She also doesn't feel responsible for how it's all gone down. "I didn't make him resign," she says. "I never even met him. Maybe his conscience is responsible."

You don't go to work and click on CASUAL ENCOUNTERS on Craigslist because you're "bored." Looking at porn when you're bored at home is different, it's a quick fix. But you don't go to the "WOMEN-SEEKING MEN" section while at your job if you didn't have some sort of intent.
All I have to say to this girl is, SIT DOWN HO. Typical female, cowardly hiding in anonymity while she doesn't want to be outed as a slut.
Wow, if anyone had actually followed the story, she stopped communicating with him as soon as she googled him and found out who he was. So I'd rather doubt she's a prostitute or anyone really disolute. She sounds rather well spoken and educated.
